What You’ll Be Doing Clinical Counselling: Support clients through emotional and psychological challenges following injury or illness, with a strong focus on return-to-work (RTW) goals Address mental health needs including stress, anxiety, and trauma within a safe and supportive space Partner with allied health professionals to design holistic RTW and recovery plans Rehabilitation Consulting: Manage your own caseload and deliver tailored, evidence-based recovery strategies Conduct Initial Needs and Vocational Assessments to guide pathways forward Liaise with insurers, medical providers, and other stakeholders through case conferencing Identify RTW barriers and implement sustainable, client-centred solutions Why You’ll Love This Role Up to $125,000 base salary 20% quarterly performance bonus $2,000 annual CPD allowance for your professional development Hybrid flexibility: 2 days in co-working hubs, 3 days WFH 4 “You Days” each year pet, parental, and volunteer leave options Access to modern co-working spaces across NSW Flat structure with genuine support and openness—no corporate red tape Laptop and phone provided Quarterly social events to connect and celebrate success A fast-growing company with real career progression opportunities What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling Full AHPRA registration (Psychology) or membership with ASORC, PACFA, or ACA (Level 3 or 4) Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle Full working rights in Australia Interested in this position?
